This symposium will provide a forum to generate discussions among key stakeholders and experts about the challenges and latest developments that influence the understanding and management of antimicrobial resistance. Speakers and participants will engage in discussions about surveillance and control, diagnostic innovations and technologies, social and behavioural influences, and the One Health Approach, from the global, regional and local perspectives. You will hear from keynote speaker Professor Ramanan Laxminarayan, Founder/Director of the Center for Disease Dynamics, Economics & Policy, Washington, and speakers from Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste, Singapore, etc.
